Windows 10 VPN client breaks: EapRequestHandler.dll

Hi,

i'm trying to deploy two-factor authantication for RRAS 2012 R2 and Windows 10 x64, which provided RSA Authentication Manager.
When i'm switching authentication method to EAP-TTLS and click "connect", then it just closes.
in logs appears an error (on two computers with Windows 10 x64):

how can i fix it?

i have a laptop with Windows 8.1 - there are no any errors.
