Environment：
win10 1903 build 18362
Problem description：
Type Chinese with MS Pinyin input method will finally cause other program crash.
Other Chinese Pinyin inputmethod not cause this.
Reproduce step:
1.open VMMAP.exe, select program (notepad、word、WeChat or other program can input), remember the shareable blocks count.
2.Use MS Chinese input method typing Chinese character into notpad、notepad++、wechat etc.
3.Observed the shareable blocks count change, incresed a lot.
4.Typing and typing , Finally the process will have a lot of memory fragmentations, no continuous large memory, then alloc memory failed and crash.
