Windows 10 Kiosk Mode - How to restrict Internet acces and automatically shut down computer

Dear,

I have Windows 10 Pro.
I need to know how to restrict Internet acces on a Kiosk account.
I also need to know how to make the computer shut down automatically when the Internetbrowser is closed.

So when the computer is started the Kiosk mode should run and open the Internetbrowser, only a certain website should be able to be used. And when the Internetbrowser is closed the computer should automatically shut down.

Who can help me with this?
