Windows 10 Windows 10 display (menu taskbar scale) not working properly

I have problem with win 10 display. Especially on scale and layout that I already set to 100% scaling. But for some unknown reason minimize, maximize and exit button is bigger than it should be. It's getting worse when I play game for sometime then close it. After I close game, all display font become bigger, and even I can fix it with tool like System Font Size Change, it's only temporary. Anyone knows how to fix it?
