Windows 10 Windows 10 1903 Causes Screen Blinking (NVIDIA GTX 750?)

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 1903. Here are the highlights regarding the system and the problem. Any help is appreciated in solving the latest problem with software from Microsoft.

  • System contains NVIDIA GTX 750
  • 3 attached monitors (1 HDMI; 2 DVI)
  • System worked fined prior to upgrading to Windows 10 1903
  • All 3 screens blink at the same time every 10-15 seconds once the blinking starts
  • After rebooting the computer, the blinking does not necessarily immediately start ... but it will within a hour
  • Latest NVIDIA drivers are installed
