Windows 10 Windows 10 (1809 & 1903) Enterprise and Disabling Windows Update via Group Policy Object(s)

How do I completely disable Windows Update in Windows 10, Builds 1809 and 1903 Enterprise editions? We push updates via our SCCM server (SCCM Version: 2012 SP2) and we are getting the message from Windows Update on our PC's stating: "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes" and there are updates listed that we are pushing anyway.

The notification below is what we get on the taskbar (with red exclamation point).
