Windows 10 Remote desktop connection freezes/crashes and screen becomes crashes black, after using once

It will work once with mstsc from win 10 to win 10 but after that crashes the remote pc which needs restart.

this is after the latest update with sandbox etc

Funny thing is remote app works perfectly but forces you to use the app store rather than built in feature

is this designed obsolecesnce?

is it only me?
