Windows 7 How to setup windows fax and scan.

I am trying to set up scanning in windows fax and scan under tools and scan routing. It is asking me for a "server name" and "port number" under e-mail server details. How do i find this information? Also under " mark as from" do i just put in my name? I have windows 7 home premium SP1.
