I have an industrial PC running Windows 10 IOT. I've created a provisioning package through the Windows Configuration Designer to start up a standard Windows application in kiosk mode (not a UWP app). Upon booting up the system starts in kiosk mode and the app starts, but it starts seemingly several hundred instances of said app. If I kill instances then eventually the app starts to run fine, but I don't quite understand why its opening so many instances. I've enabled logging for Assigned Access in the Event Viewer but its not populated with any information as far as I can see.
Hoping someone has some input on what I can do to troubleshoot the issue or maybe has some experience with kiosk mode and non UWP apps. Thanks.
