Hi All,
I noticed that only users who are members of the local Administrators group are able to apply or remove the provisioning packages. Other users, even users who are members of the Domain Admins and, consequently, are transitive members of the local Administrators group receive this error:
C:\Windows\System32\provtool.exe
Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item
Question:
Many thanks, in advance!

Question:
- How to enable Domain Admins user to be able to apply/remove the provisioning package? Or the behavior when only explicit members of the local Administrators group are able to apply/remove provisioning packages is the behavior by design?
Many thanks, in advance!
