Hello,
We have migrated from Windows 7 to Windows 10 recently. In our company we use different technologies to share the screen from laptops to meeting rooms monitors, from direct HDMI connections to Clickshare devices.
In Windows 7, when the presenter receives a Skype message, he would get the pop on his laptop screen, but it will not show up in the big monitor. This is not the case in Windows 10, the pop ups will show in the big monitor too, which is something we didn't notice/no one reported until one of the big guys got a personal message that popped up during a shareholders meeting.
We contacted our screen sharing vendors, and everyone says that hiding the pop up was not a feature they provided. It was caused by how Windows 7 used to render notifications and the Aero Glass technology.
Is there a way to get the same behavior in Windows 10?
Disabling Skype pop up notification is not and option. It is a great feature that everybody need, but no one wants it to appear anywhere else other than their laptop screen.
