I recently upgraded a small office's workstations to windows 10 pro. It mostly went smoothly, but I have one workstation that gives an error when trying to log in (per title): "The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed."
If I leave and rejoin the domain, it will work temporarily, but the error starts reoccurring soon after. Interestingly, the error does NOT occur for users who have logged into the machine before and haven't yet changed their passwords. A new user cannot login, and an old user who has changed their password cannot not login. In the Active Directory Computers OU, this computer's name is enabled. No other workstations are affected.
Is there something else I should test for why this is happening?
I also noticed that, even when a user can log in, group policies are not being applied, so in more ways than one, it's not talking to the domain.
