WIndow update stop working. Per windows update log file it tries to connect to update server but fails.

On opening the site mentioned in log file I get certificate error "NET::ERR_CERTIFICATE_TRANSPARENCY_REQUIRED". on chrome, Edge (chromium based) and curl as well. But download an environment.cab file from Edge and Internet Explorer.
Analyze the site the same on SSL Server Test: slscr.update.microsoft.com (Powered by Qualys SSL Labs) which report same issue.
Tried all sort of method mention on Net to reset Windows Update, nothing worked. Due to same windows store is also not updating Apps as it also connects to windows update site.
Please help.
