Windows 10 RDP App Connections Export

I have switched over to using the new Remote Desktop App that comes with Windows 10 to connect to computers in my office. I created a bunch of saved connections but now need to export them to a new computer. Is there a config file somewhere that I can copy over to a new computer that will make it so I don't have to recreate all my saved computer connections?
