Trojan:Win32/Fuery.C!cl

I have a problem with Trojan:Win32/Fuery.C!cl. I used sofware "Microsoft safety scanner" and scan full but it said that my laptop have no virus,... But if i used window defender, it would say that my laptop have a Trojan:Win32/Fuery.C!cl and very dangerous. This is file window defender said that Affected items: file: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Microsoft\Protect\S-1-16-51\AppleVersions.dll. I checked this file and it empty. I think thi file was deleted. But window defender not said that it deleted this trojan, it give to me a option (button name is Action in picture) and i don't understand that i must do anything because it have one choose that "Allow".

So, i can do any thing? I want to sure that my laptop have no problem. Please help me. Thanks every one so much.
