Windows 10 Find My Device for Domain Join

When joining a notebook to a domain, it disables the Find My Device location feature.

I confirmed that location is turned on but MS portal shows location is turned off.

It was working before device was joined to domain.

How do I enable the Find My Device location feature for domain joined notebook?
