Windows 7 Mapped drive is missing after restart

Hi,


'Reconnect at logon' is enabled when mapping a share path. One of the user reports that mapped drive is not seen My Computer after system restart. User needs to map it after every restart.


Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise


What are the possibilities to check the issue and resolve it
