Windows 10 Sign in Options

The PIN and Fingerprint Sign-in options are unavailable as the buttons are disabled/greyed out. I don't know how to fix this. Ialso really don't know how to find anything so please try to dumb it down as much as possible!! If it helps is have a surface pro 7.
