Our Server: Windows Server 2012 R2
Hello, recently we are using new printer Toshiba that is synced to AD. We are able to print words and other files except jpg and pdf. However, some users are able to print jpg and pdf files. We are using the same server printer driver, same OS windows 10, same Acrobat pdf version, same Microsoft Photos software. One thing we notice is when the user that able to print is shown on the print queue for a while and disappeared and it was a success. The user that cannot print stayed in queue and the status is NA. However, we can print from MS paint. By default is Microsoft Photos. The policy is to use Microsoft Photos by default in our company. Btw there is no Windows Photo Viewer. There is no error code when printing
Things we did:
Additional note: We previously used Ricoh printer. Is there are possibilities that there are clashes of configurations?

Things we did:
- Restart the printer spooler
- Print using different pdf and jpg files but still cannot print
- Reinstall the driver
- Windows update (all are updated)
Additional note: We previously used Ricoh printer. Is there are possibilities that there are clashes of configurations?
