Hello,
I've got a problem with IWA authentication in my domain but only on Windows 10 clients. When accessing corporate portals and also portal.office.com we're prompted to login to adfs3. Unfortunately this authentication is not working and prompt windows is loading again and again. What is strange this authentication is working on Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 clients. In general this is not working as it should, because users on all systems are asked to login with domain credentials instead of accessing all portals after first login to windows. I talked with our head quarter, but they said ADFS and SSO are working properly and the problem is in our local network. They said we should look for issues with IWA on our windows 10 clients where kerberos protocol is involved in ADFS3 authentication. I'm new to this service. I tried to disable antivirus software and firewall, but without success. Can you give me any clues where to start investigation to solve this problem on my site? Thanks in advance.
