Storage Spaces showing Not Fromatted - HEEELLLPPPP

the storage space said no capacity yesterday and it went offline i presume

Added a brand new 4TB drive to the Pool

But it still says 'Not Formatted' - Please help

My data is in there 7.26Tb of it - Don't want to loose it

i think I'm missing a step
