Windows 10 teredo tunneling adapter not found in add legacy hardware

In my device manager I don't have anything regarding teredo even with show hidden devices enabled. When I click on add legacy hardware, to try and install teredo it isn't there, therefore I can't install it. My Windows is up to date and I already tried everything here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/Hardware-Network/connect-network/troubleshoot-party-chat

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I haven't been able to find any solution so far.
