Windows 10 mouse and keyboard stop working

after my 2 week old ( new ) my all in one, windows 10 preinstalled unit started to act up.

after the unit goes to sleep, I push the key board and the computer starts up BUT the mouse and keyboard are frozen. also the touch screen does not work
