Windows 10 Error accessing email client from word 2013

Clicking an email link in MS Word 2013 (x64) receives error "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator". I am using Windows 10 (x64) 1909, MS Word 2013 (x64), Firefox 71.0 (64-bit) and Thunderbird 68.3.0 (32-bit). I checked all my Global Policies and nothing is set. Help.
