Windows 10 Issue with menu on the screen

Hi Guys,

I have a problem I have two screen on windows 10 , and when I try to drop menu from one application on the second screen the menu window move on the main screen , is it application issue or windows? is it possible keep Extended two screen main ?

I try this way

shell:::{80F3F1D5-FECA-45F3-BC32-752C152E456E}

doesn't work , if I choose the second screen main my menu drop properly but I do not want keep second screen main
