Windows 10 Invert Colours key combo not working

Hi, the key combo to invert colours (ctrl+Alt+I) is not working. I've tried this on Windows 10 1809. 1903, 1909 Enterprise. You can open magnifier and then the options cog to tick the box manually, but we will be using Win 10 in Kiosk mode and doing it that way is blocked. So having the key combo working would be very useful! Cheers, Dave.
