the situation:
HP computer without hard drive. On the box Windows 8 logo.
I don't have it yet and cannot see if there is W8 Key.
I want to ask about activation... As we know Windows 10 could be installed on any system that had W7 or W8 activated.
In the situation above, if I will install Windows 10 directly on a new disk from ISO by media creation tool, would W10 activates or Windows 8 must be installed prior?
I think it should activate without problem.
If not, does MS provides W8.1 ISO?
