Windows 10 Windows 10 boots slowly when not connected to company network.

At my company we are starting to see a problem with the boot times of Windows 10 before the login screen.
We have seen that if one of our domain computers boots up not connected to out internal network (an example could be working from home) it takes almost 5 times longer to get to the login screen than usual.

We are currently using Windows 10 1709 Enterprise, but I use version 1909 and my coworker is using version 1903. We are all having the same issue.

I have made a couple of tests of time using my own PC.
I use a Lenovo Thinkpad T490s.
I don't have "windows 10 fast startup" enabled:

Not connected to network: 2 minutes and 15 seconds
Connected to network: 0 minutes and 32 seconds.

I then tried to enable "windows 10 fast startup"

Not connected to network: 2 minutes and 19 seconds
Connected to network: 0 minutes and 32 seconds.


As I said this is just for windows to load the login screen, so I don't understand how the network connection should have an impact at all..
