unable to install kb4507457. Error - (0x800f0831)

Good day!


Faced this problem. Windows Update Service failed to install update KB4507457. I tried installing the service pack manually, but that did not help. This error appears in the logs - (Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x800f0831: Security Update for Windows (KB4507457).)
ps.
Kaspersky Anti-Virus is installed on the computer.
What solutions have I tried -?
1. Disabled antivirus and firewall.
2. Deleted the "SoftwareDistribution" folder.
3. I tried to install the update package (kb4507448).
4. sfc / scannow replied "windows detected corrupted files but cannot recover some of them"
