Windows 10 Windows 10 Storage Spaces Volume is Missing - suddenly

Suddenly windows Storage Spaces Volume is missing - the Pool and Disks are fine though - I know this as i have recovered my important Data with 3rd party software - and i can see the Pools as well but the volume is missing and Storage spaces wants to format it. This is a huge problem with storage spaces. Microsoft you guys are playing with fire ... releasing software without testing it and therefore data is being lost.

Let me know what you need me to run and share to look into this
