Windows 10 Win10 Home no longer works with WSUS?

Welcome all!

Updated Win10 Home Single Language from version 1703 to 1809.
After that, it stopped downloading updates from WSUS and began working with
the update server update.microsoft.com despite registry settings.

Was the WSUS upgrade cut from the Home version in 1809?
