I am having a very weird issue, for any shortcut or start menu. if I tried to right click then choose "Run as an Administrator" nothing happens
I have to follow the shortcut directory until I reach the main executable then right click > Run as an Administrator will work
Also changing compatibility to allow the program t run as administrator will work
This is really annoying specially for start menu shortcuts, does anyone fixed similar issue
