Windows 10 About share printer with windows 10 & windows 10

I try to install POS printer on windows 10 which is server and is printing well but when I try to share the printer with slave which windows 10 too but what is complaining is this "Windows connot connect to the printer. The local print spooler service is not running. Please restart the spooler or restart the machine. So what is the solution to this error and what should I do to solve the error.
