Searching for <searchterm> on my Win7 Pro computer, using the search box you get when you click the Windows button at the left end of the task bar.
I have tried numerous combinations of kind:, store:, NOT etc. without success. All search results are mostly outlook e-mails, which because of their huge number, completely obscure the real results. What should my query look like? I prefer not to use natural language unless that is the only way. Having read various Web pages on Advanced Query Syntax, and having tried the various keywords to no avail, I am wondering if my AQS is just plain broken.
I want to EXCLUDE e-mails or any other Outlook item from the search results, as there a thousands of them, and they prevent me from finding the real result.
Thank you
