Windows 10 Folder name not displayed properly when copy Pictures library with Robocopy

Using the following command to copy my Pictures library results in a folder named Pictures instead of Temp_Pics:

C:\>robocopy %userprofile%/pictures/ C:/Temp_Pics/ /s /r:5 /w:5 /a-:sh

The proper name owner shows up in the Sharing table of folder properties
