Windows 10 Windows Update Cleanup Not Working

Hi Team,

I have this huge 20 GB of windows Cleanup that shows into the Windows Cleanup , but it refuses to go away. After cleanup finishes, these files don't get deleted. Now I am running in MBs of free disk space anc need to reclaim it . How should i Go about it ?
