Windows 10 unable to login with a local user

Hi

after updating windows 10 PC I am unable to login with a local user "GUEST" without administrator rights.

I am able to login with an administrator without any problems

I have tryed to delete local user "GUEST" and make this user again without any luck, still unable to login.

If the local user "GUEST" get administrator rights I am able to login with this user.

If I then remove administrator rights from "GUEST" I have again the problem "Unable to login"

A hint would be nice
