Windows 10 Error 0x80070002

I have encountered the following when backing up files: Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\Dropbox. Error:(The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002))

and now my computer will not perform a back up??
