Windows 10 Need to turn OFF File Auto Arrange until Refresh is clicked for Extra-Large, Large, Medium, and Small icon display of .JPG files in Windows 10 Pro Fea

Our Web developer has to rename Camera .JPG files and is concerned that as soon as the file is renamed, the file list is re-arranged immediately, unlike Windows 7 Pro SP1 X64. Then he has to scroll and search for the newly re-named file to continue his work. This is a significant hit to his productivity! He uses Extra-Large, Large, Medium, or Small file icons to see the contents of the Camera .JPG files in the file list. He would like to return this auto-arrange behavior to occur only after he clicks the Refresh icon. Operating system is Windows 10 Professional x64 Feature 1909 with all applicable updates. File folder is a Network Share, for example, \\MyDomain.net\user\ShareDocs\Photos and PC is in our Company's Domain. PC is working well and he is impressed with the improved speed of Windows 10 Pro X64 Feature 1909 over the Windows 7 Pro SP1 x64 system!
