After deploying 1703 (using SCCM 1702 with latest ADK) once the user logs in I see this message 'This app has been blocked by your system administrator' after about 10 minutes, and seemingly at random after that.
We do use AppLocker but there is nothing reported in the Event Logs being blocked and I have created all of the default rules for EXE, DLL and Store Apps. Store Apps like calculator and sticky notes run fine.
We do have a GPO that disables the store, not sure if that would affect it.
I'm scanning the event logs and the only error I see that 'might' be related is:
App Container profile failed with error 0x800700B7 because it was unable to register the AppContainer SID.
Which seems to occur randomly also.
Does anyone have any ideas?
