Windows 10 AD Account not syncing to PC's that were imaged to Windows 10

So i have a user that has been with the company for over a year. He was able to login 2 pc's before they were imaged. Since we imaged them and sent it back, he isn't able to login to those 2 PC's. We had him place them into other ports in different locations and issue persists. We reset his password and had him try to login with temp one but wouldn't let him get pass. He set the permanent password on another PC and tried to login to both PC''s there and issue persists. We check his AD account nothing seems to be wrong, also check OU of pc's we imaged and they are aligned with the other ones he is able to login to, so no issue. We remote into his pc and have him try it while I'm looking at it and he is able to login to it on both PC's. Once i log out of session and have him sign out and sign back on he is getting the same error "username / password is incorrect". WE had him send both PC's into us and we tried it here with his sign in info and no issues it lets us in. We sent it back and had him try it and he still gets username and password is incorrect. We did a windows profile rebuild and user still gets the same error. Does anyone have anything on this?
