Windows 10 unable to format the hard drive or reinstall windows 10

When I tried to reinstall o/s on the existing primary partition, I got something like the partition is protected partition or protection parameter set. Can someone advise how I can turn off this protection setting? Where is it? Is it at somewhere in BIOS? By the way, even when I used diskpart, I got the same problem.

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated!!!
