Windows 10 Publisher No Longer Working in Windows 10

I recently purchased a new computer with Windows 10 Home Edition and now, my MS Publisher is not working properly. I open documents that I had created previously and the program will not let me move or resize text boxes or images. For example, if I try to enlarge an image (by clicking the bottom right corner of the image), then the image will suddenly flip around, reposition and dramatically increase or decrease in size. I have never had any issues with resizing or moving document components on MS Publisher previously. Help!
