Windows 10 Win 10 Computers Powered Off at Scheduled Installation Time Do not Install Updates - WSUS

I noticed our Windows 10 laptops are not installing updates if they were powered off during the scheduled installation time (11:00pm). From my experience, if Win 7 laptops were powered off during the schedule installation time, they would install the updates after they were powered on as a result of the GPO setting:

'Reschedule Automatic Updates scheduled installations'

This policy does not work for Windows 10 from my experience. Is there a new Policy setting that replaces this?

I have the following environment:

• WSUS 2016
• Windows 10 version 1809/1903 computers
• Latest ADMX files
