Windows 10 Span disk failed no VDS permission

I did SMART checks on the drives and everything appears fine.

Here is what the drive situation looks like:

Lost all that I typed...trying again

I can see all the data on Disk 1 and some data on Disk 2. There is nothing showing any corruption on the disk themselves but the span disk is broken. How can repair this? Is there some sort of low-level tool that can tell windows that Disk 2 is the second disk? Not sure how it broke, but it shows that it is missing a disk that is very present and fully functioning.
