It seems there is a bug in Windows 10 Pro 1909 (and earlier) when a first created storage space drive is not shown in backup/file history drive selection. However second and more storage spaces drives shown just fine.
So far the only work around I could find is starting from scratch: create two storage spaces drives in one pool, than delete first storage space drive, leaving the second.
I don't know how this will work after system reinstall though. Is there a way make "first" storage space drive as "second" via registry or something?
