Windows 10 Data via iSeries ODBC connection always has 0 scale.

I have a user who when connects to iSeries using iSeries ODBC driver always gets decimal scale as 0 even though the actual data has non-zero digits. e.g. the data Price is 50.183 the user will get displayed 50.00.But when I connect using my laptop, I see 50.183.

Have checked the registry as well as ODBC connections parameters for iSeries and they all match with mine. Not sure what is wrong. Windows 64 bit OS connecting to AS400 iSeries with iSeries Access ODBC driver version 13.00.20.00
