Windows 10 Windows touch keyboard pop automatically after retart

Hi,

I am using Windows 10 IOT LTSB 2016 OS , I have a touch device where my application is running and once the application will open the taskbar setting will hide and the touch keyboard which is available in tasker customer cannot see , So I need the touch keyboard if I will press in desktop and the standard keyboard should be come, (Note: I am telling about the automatic touch keyboard where the text will be available I want the keyboard should be appear I will press in desktop )

is there possible way to get please suggest how to get this

or is there any way to full fill my requirement

My requirement is like I can easily go to c driver or any where with the touch keyboard.

So if my application is running if I want go to c drive or control penal I can easily go.

I have seen this on previously WES7 so how can I get this on Windows 10 LTSB 2016
