Windows 10 Grant Elevated privileges to Run Service in Windows 10

Hello Techies,

we are having issues while starting a particular service from standard users as its not allowing to start. How can we provide the elevated privilege to users for this! For security purpose we can't allow with admin privileges and use run with different users credentials.

All these devices are managed through AD Group Policies. Please provide your inputs on this!
