Windows 10 Windows 10 64->32 bits

Hi,

One of our customer wants to downgrade a new Dell OptiPlex with Windows 10 Pro 64 bits to Windows 10 Pro 32 bits :

- is it possible with the same license ?

- I suppose then, we have to reinstall completely the machine but will Windows ask if we wants the 32 bit version ?
